These designs are able to be done by any artist in the shop. To book for one of these designs, please fill out the Google form below and make sure to include which design you'd like.

Design Stipulations:

​

-Designs are unable to be altered.

-Placement is only legs and arms. Inner bicep or inner thigh may need to be smaller or done at an up charge.

-Designs are meant to be around 3-4"

-Linework with solid black areas will be done for $120 flat. (Unless stated otherwise on the sheet)

-Full color will be done for $200 flat. . (Unless stated otherwise on the sheet)

-Glitter is not an option unless discussed with you are booked with Civonna, Sam, Jessi or Michaela. Glitter will be subject to a $50 up-charge.

-Filling out a form only guarantees you an appointment once confirmed by the shop

-You can pick your design, not your artist.

-You can bring a support buddy, but not an entourage :)

-Please be respectful of your time slot by showing up on time.
