Most of our artists require a deposit to secure your booking date. This ensures your time, as well as the artists. Deposit amounts vary based on your artist. Thank you for your cooperation in this as short notice changes to our schedule cause us to lose tattooing and drawing time, when other clients are waiting for appointments as well. We really do appreciate your understanding!

Deposit Policy:

In the event that you need to reschedule, we require an email to the artist 48 hours in advance. We will move your deposit with your appointment up to two times before it is forfeited.

Cancellations/No Shows after the 48 hours will automatically forfeit deposit the with no exceptions.

Changing design idea in any way including content or overall design after the initial consult and/or resizing the design in a way that costs the artist to lose appointment times that were held will also forfeit a deposit at the artists' discretion.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Please be aware that most of our artists are booking 6-12 months in advance. If you reschedule, your new appointment may occur then or later depending on availability.

Billing Policy:

Clients will be billed at the artist’s hourly rate, starting when you are brought back to the station and ending when the piece is completed to the artist’s satisfaction. (This can vary based on if re-drawing is done, stenciling, etc)

Some of our artists have flat-rate pricing. This means that you will be giving a price ahead of time for the piece.

We do not accept pre-payments. We do have hand-designed gift certificates that you can purchase if you wish, but you are solely responsible for keeping the physical copy until your appointment.

Design Policy:

Many of our artists are booked months out, and use their personal time to spend designing in order of appointment. To protect the potential duplication of their 100% unique custom drawing for their client, we show the client in person at the time of their appointment. When seeking out your artist, make sure to truly feel you trust them and their style to create art for you. If any adjustments need to be made at the time of the appointment, we can absolutely handle that! If the design ends up needing a full 360, we suggest booking a new appointment if the time slot does not allow for it. Always make sure to be very forthcoming and communicative in your initial consultation to avoid this  :)
